Daily Karatoa’s Golden Jubilee celebrated in Baraigram

The Golden Jubilee of Daily Karatoa was celebrated in Baraigram Upazila of Natore with a cake-cutting ceremony, discussion meeting, and rally.
On Sunday, a rally was organized from the Upazila Parishad premises, led by UNO Laila Jannatul Ferdous. Natore-4 constituency Member of Parliament Alhaj Md. Abdul Aziz attended the rally as the chief guest.
Special guests included Upazila Agriculture Officer Md. Sajib Al Maruf, Upazila Livestock Officer Nure Alam Siddique, Upazila Public Health Engineering Officer Md. Saikat Hossain, former Joint Convener of Baraigram Upazila BNP Lecturer Abdul Alim, Joari Union Parishad Chairman Ali Akbar, and Chairman of Upazila UCCCA Ltd. Md. Jamal Uddin Ali.
Local dignitaries and journalists from different media outlets also participated in the rally.
Later, a cake-cutting ceremony and discussion meeting were held at the Baraigram Smart Press Club, chaired by Alhaj Md. Saifur Rahman, Baraigram Correspondent of Daily Karatoa. Speakers highlighted the newspaper’s 50-year journey, its role in objective journalism, and its contribution to the media sector.
