Today is Sunday 1th June, World Dairy Day 2025. To raise awareness about the benefits of milk and dairy products, the first day of June is being celebrated every year from the UN Food and Agriculture Organization. Like every year, the day will be observed properly. The UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) first set 01 June to celebrate World Dairy Day in the 2001st. Dairy Day was celebrated at this time of the year in different countries of the world. The day offers more attention to the activities associated with milk and dairy industries.
Milk Day is celebrated in about 40 countries of the world by 2016 years. On this day, various activities were organized in the national economy, highlighting the importance of dairy industry. Milk is known to all of us. The benefits of milk are as there are disadvantages. Many of us like to breastfeed and many people dislike it. Milk contains many nutrients that are very beneficial to our body. Milk is rich in nutrients. Children, adults and older ones should drink one glass of milk every day. Milk is a source of vitamin D and calcium. Milk contains many important ingredients including protein, carbohydrates, fat, omega 3, omega six. Milk is called super food. It contains essential vitamins and minerals, which are essential for the body. It contains a lot of vitamin B-12, which is needed for the brain. Milk helps keep the body functioning. At the same time, accessory costs for marketing of milk such as shipbuilding, packaging costs, etc. have increased from 30 to 50 percent.
