Three winners were announced among the marathon participants: Aziz Ahmad, Haki Ahmad, and Naeem Hasan. Participating students welcomed the initiative and expressed hope for more such events in the future. A sense of enthusiasm and excitement was seen among the participants.

College student Abdul Aziz, who took part in the marathon, said, “Through the July Mass Uprising movement, students and ordinary people fought against autocratic rule with great hope. That spirit must not be lost. Embracing July as a symbol, we want to build the future of Bangladesh. Our aspiration is a happy and prosperous Bangladesh free from all forms of discrimination.”

Zakiganj UNO Mahbubur Rahman said, “On the occasion of July Uprising Day, we are organizing month-long events. As part of that, we arranged this symbolic marathon involving the injured and families of martyrs. People of all ages participated spontaneously with a spirit of awakening. It was this same inner drive that led people to play a courageous role in the July movement to build a new Bangladesh. We must continue our journey forward, honoring those who were injured or martyred in that struggle.”
