'Previous AL govt looted in name of projects : Civil Aviation Minister

Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister M Rashiduzzaman Millat MP said, 'All the activities of the previous AL government were unplanned. Only looting took place in the name of various projects. And their government's goal is planned development.
There are about 1,500 tourist spots in the country including Cox's Bazar and Kuakata. But not much revenue is being collected from them. Therefore, a master plan will be made through international planners to make the tourism sector more attractive and attract foreign investors.'
He said these while attending the two-day tourism carnival program held in Kuakata, Patuakhali on Friday, and addressing a meeting with journalists as the chief guest.
State Minister for Planning Jonayed Saki, Patuakhali-4 constituency MP ABM Mosharraf Hossain, and top officials of Barisal and Patuakhali district administrations were present at the event.
