Al Mamun Khan filed two written complaints with the Upazila Nirbahi Officer regarding the presence of strangers in the residence of Pir Lutfar Rahman, who claimed the caliphate of Bari Shah, who died in pursuit of Kishoreganj, and irregularities in the construction of buildings on the official road of Deothan village.

In a written complaint to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer on May 5 this year, the building constructed by Lutfar Shah in Astana adjacent to Betai Bridge of Deothan village on the Tarail to Nilganj road has been built on the road in violation of government rules.

As a result, the movement of people along with various types of vehicles is being disrupted through this road. Accidents are constantly occurring due to the irregular placement of Rhode Island in the adjacent areas of the building. The owner of the palace, said to be Pir Lutfar Rahman, is influential in the area, so he does not listen to anyone.

Al Mamun Khan mentioned in the second complaint, I am permanent resident of said village. In Deothan village, I often see some suspicious people wandering around the alleged Pir Lutfar Rahman's abode. Ask people about their addresses.

I know that no one is from that area or the surrounding area. Doubts arise as each person speaks differently. On being interrogated, they quickly entered the shelter without speaking and closed the gate. Later I got to know more from the local residents that some of these people have been staying here since before the last month of Ramadan. Sometimes it comes out.

They did not go to their families even during the big Muslim festival of Eid. Is it not a conspiracy against the country? What are the local questions and doubts here! In addition, there have been several incidents including child death, women scandals in this hostel in the past. Even today, I see audio and video of his fans talking rudely on social media. Which is naturally condemned and ostracized by civil society. Therefore, I strongly demand to investigate the matter and take necessary action.

When asked about the alleged Pir Lutfar Rahman from the local residents, they said, ask the assistant teacher of Darijahangirpur Government Primary School, Helal Uddin, and he will be able to tell you everything. When Helal Uddin was asked about the alleged Pir, he said, Lutfar Rahman is a Pir man. I always come and go to his dorm. How true it is that you guard the Pir's shelter all night and roam the streets. In response to this, he said, what he heard is true.

Tarail Upazila Education Officer Enamul Haque Khan asked about teacher Helal Uddin, he said, "I will look into the matter of how teacher Helal Uddin comes to school during the day after guarding the Pir's shelter night after night."

When asked about the written complaint filed with the UNO against the alleged Pir Lutfar Rahman in this regard, he said, "I am a Pir man." People come and go to me from different parts of the country. They stay in my hostel day after day. I don't see any problem with that. Also, when asked about several incidents including child death, women scandals in this hostel earlier, he said, these incidents happened once, now there is no sound of these. When asked about the audio and video of your fans' indecent talk being spread on social media, he said, "I don't care about all this."

When asked about the two complaints against the alleged Pir Lutfar Rahman to the Upazila Executive Officer Al Mamun, he said that he received two complaints. Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mashtura Amina and Tarail Thana (charged) Police Officer Mansoor Ali Arif have been sent to investigate.
