World Teacher's Day was celebrated in Babuganj

World Teacher's Day was celebrated on Saturday in Babuganj of Barisal district like all over the country with the theme of teacher's voice, new social commitment in education.
On this occasion, Babuganj upazila administration organized a procession and a discussion meeting was organized on the initiative of the students.
Wanting non-discrimination education, nationalization of the education system, the teachers' association appeared on the World Teachers' Day and presented their demands.
At 11:00 a.m. started from the Babuganj upazila square and circled the streets of the city. Later, upazila education officer Zobayeda Nasreen, academic supervisor Isjat Jahan Nina, Maulana Ibrahim Khalil, general secretary of secondary teachers' association Avinash Babu spoke in the upazila hall room under the chairmanship of UNO Shakila Rahman.
Principal Abu Zafar Shikder's presentation Speakers said the transformation of education begins with teachers. And if there is inequality in the education system, this transformation is not possible properly.
