Workshop on Digital Document held at JU

A daylong workshop on use and implementation of Digital Document held at Jahangirnagar University (JU). Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the university organized the workshop at the lab of the Institute of Information Technology (IIT) on Monday.
Pro Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Prof Sheikh Md Monzurul Huq was present as the chief guest.
Addressing the workshop, Prof Monzurul Huq said, “Knowing and implementation of D-Document is important. All the conventional methods of technologies were changed and people also engaged themselves regarding the changes.”
“The teachers, officials and staff of the university can be more prosperous though implementing D-Document,” he said, emphasizing the implementation of D-Document.
Pro VC also hoped that the official activities will become more transparent and fast and also ensure accountability through the implementation of D-Document.
The workshop was presided over by IQAC Director Prof Syed Hafizur Rahman. Treasurer Prof Rasheda Akhtar, Dean of the Social Sciences Faculty Prof Bashir Ahmed, Dean of the Law Faculty Associate Prof Tapos Kumar Das, Director of the Institute of Business Administration Prof K M Zahidul Islam, IIT Director Prof M Shamim Kaiser, were present, among others.
