MPO- enlisted teachers are like a forgotten chapter in the society. Year after year, we dedicate ourselves to spreading the light of education, yet our cries for help go unheard. Our demands and sufferings seem to fade into the distance, unnoticed by the government. It feels as though we, the over five hundred thousand teachers, have been reduced to mere numbers, stripped of our humanity.

It is the duty of every government to improve the education system, yet here, teachers are treated like third-class citizens. We endure in silence, protest, and even resort to hunger strikes, but all in vain. Our long-standing struggles dissolve into nothingness, as if our efforts are invisible. Governments turn a blind eye, as though we have no right to ask for fair treatment or recognition.

Teaching is far from easy. In every class, for every student, we strive to provide something meaningful. Yet, when it comes to fighting for our own rights, we are left with no voice. We are the builders of society, yet we receive no recognition, no fair wages. Our demands are like an unread book written in a foreign language—no one is interested in listening.

Even now, the interim government fails to understand our plight. Our struggles and emotions have little impact on them. A few days ago, an education advisor expressed sympathy for our situation, but no action was taken to improve it. Is mere sympathy enough? How long will those who illuminate others be left in darkness?

Are we insignificant? Why do we receive no recognition? Must we resort to drastic measures to claim our rights? Education teaches us to build, not destroy. But how long must we walk the path of creation while being pushed toward destruction ourselves?

When teachers break, society breaks. Recognizing this truth is now a matter of urgency. We demand that our silent cries finally be heard. We demand our rightful recognition and respect.
