Dr. Mohammed Mahtab Hossain Mazed

Cancer means panic, cancer means death 'is the idea of many. Not only that, there are various types of cancer, blood cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, one of the notable among these is prostate cancer.

Men's prostate gland cancer is called prostate cancer. The rate of cancer in men is very high. Usually, the risk of this cancer is increasing in men when it is over 50 years old. The rate of suffering from this deadly cancer is very high in men. Some caution and awareness can only be free from this cancer.

> What is the prostate?

Only men have a prostate gland. Its size is much equal to the almond. The gland exists around the urinary tract from the bottom of the urine. It is through this that urine and semen flow. The main function of this gland is to make some fluid for semen. The semen that is squeezed during sex is actually a mixture of sperm and this fluid.

> Causes of prostate cancer:

Prostate cancer is very common in men. Cancer can only occur when cells begin to grow uncontrollable in the prostate gland. Generally, men are at risk of developing prostate cancer after 50 years. It can cause prostate cancer at an early age, but it is not usually seen. As the age increases, the risk of developing prostate cancer increases. If any of the family (brother or father) has prostate cancer, the risk is still increasing. Specific causes of prostate cancer have not yet been possible, but many things have been noticed that increases the risk of prostate cancer. They are considered to be the cause of danger. This includes-

*The greater the risk of prostate cancer, the higher the age.

*Family History of Prostate Cancer 1

*Some genetic causes of prostate cancer are also being discussed nowadays.

*Inflammation of the prostate gland and not to treat the disease properly.

*Addition of excess fat and food foods in the diet. Cigarette, tobacco consumption.

*The presence of male hormones (testosterone) helps in rapid growth and expansion of prostate cancer.

> Prostate cancer can be more symptoms that can occur with the symptoms that have been said earlier:

  * The lower back of the back.

 * Problems in the penis.

*New pain in the buttocks or around it.

* Blood with semen or urine - but it is rarely seen.

There is no need to wait for all symptoms for cancer tests. Because most of the time there are no symptoms of prostate cancer. Since the prostate is a very small organ, the symptoms of a very large catch cannot be understood. So if one or more of the above symptoms can be seen, you should go to the experienced doctor without delay.

> Signs of prostate cancer:

If for some reason the prostate becomes larger, then the mouth of the urinary tract becomes compressed. As a result, the urine is difficult to get out. There are usually three types of prostate problems: common BPH, prostate inflammation (called prostitis-o) and prostate cancer. In all these cases the same symptoms are commonly seen:

* Frequent urination is needed, especially at night.

* Urine velocity, even occasionally urinating before going to the bathroom.

* Hard to urinate.

* It takes a lot of time to urinate.

* The urine does not have velocity.

* Feeling that there is urine in the urine after urination.

Also some more symptoms are occasionally seen:

* Pain when urinating.

* Pain during semen.

* Pain in the testicles.

If one or more of these symptoms or symptoms are seen in you, you need to contact the doctor so that the problem can be determined.

> Prostate cancer diagnosis test

PSA tests in the blood help to diagnose prostate cancer. If its level is below 1, there is nothing to worry about. Usually cancer increases its levels. A test called Trus shows a good picture of the prostate through Ultra sonography. Biopsy is done when something suspicious is found in that film. It is also known whether there is cancer through Biopsy and what type of cancer is.
