
Teachers, guardians’ role in quality education vital : Primary Education Adviser

Adviser to the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, Professor Dr. Bidhan Ranjan Roy Poddar said, the role of teachers and guardians in implementing quality education at the primary level is very important. Children
spend most of their time at home, at that time, guardians have to play a role in making their learning understandable and easy. Teachers should present teaching and learning activities in the classroom in an easy and fluent manner. Children who are lagging behind should be encouraged by providing feedback.
Efforts should be made to improve children's reading skills and improve their reading habits.
He said these at the Reading-Play Festival and parents' meeting organized by SMC and the school authorities at the Baraigram Government Primary School in Baraigram Upazila of Natore on Tuesday..
