One arrested with foreign liquor at Goalando

Goalando Ghat police arrested one person with foreign liquor in Goalando of Rajbari.
On Thursday at around 3:30 pm, a young man named Md. Mithu (25), a Dhaka-bound bus passenger, was arrested with 7.5 liters of foreign liquor and a bottle of Phencidil at the police check post in front of the Daulatdia Union Parishad.
The arrested Mithu is the son of Md Alauddin of Bhaberab village of Benapal Port police station of Jessore districtMohammad Rakibul Islam, officer-in-charge of Goalando Ghat Police Station, said that a man named Mithu was arrested at the police check post on the Dhaka-Khulna highway in front of the Daulatdia Union Parishad during the anti-narcotics operation. Further legal proceedings are pending in this regard.
