illegal establishments evicted from BWDB land in Muradnagar

Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB) has evicted llegal establishments on Thursday led by Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and BWDB Executive Magistrate Shakib Hasan Khan.
It is learnt that the locals occupied the land of BWDB at Dilalpur, Dhanirampur, Sadar Union, Muradnagar of the upazila and set up various structures including shops for a long time.
Meanwhile, notice was given several times to remove these illegal structures but local businessmen and occupants did not take those notice on Thursday . About one kilometre area of Gomati's bearded, about one illegal installation was evacuated, including 5 paved installations.
A large number of policemen, including Upazila Executive Officer Abdur Rahman and Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Wise Executive Magistrate Shakib Hasan Khan, were present.
