It has been alleged that one Yusuf Khalasi's homestead in Dhaka's Dohar Upazila has been blocked by constructing a paved border. This incident happened on the night of Monday.

Yusuf Khalasi (60), wife Jahanara (45), son Zakir Hossain (25), Rabiul (23) and daughter Nasreen Akhter (21) of Satvita village of Narisha union of upazila complained that they are trapped in their house.

They said, my grandfather Osman Khalasi left the land separately in the name of his two sons Amanullah and Mecher Khalasir, and since his son Yusuf was imprisoned, he died separately by writing 25 percent of the land in the house under RS Dag 3143. After several days of his death, they sold several lands given in their name.

They saw the house where disabled Yusuf lived. The matter could not be accepted by elder brother Amanullah and his wife Selina Akhter. As a result, on the night of June 25 of this month, Naju Khalasi, son of cousin Yashin Khalasi, Sheikh Hasem Ali, son of Sheikh Shirjan Ali, Razzak Talukder, son of Maji Talukder, and another unknown group of 10/15 people were arrested. He built a 100 feet long wall from the front of his living room with a shovel, ax, and a hammer. If he was interrupted at this time, he built the wall and the house all night under the threat of death.

Mason Rabiul, youngest son of expert Yusuf Khalasi, said that his elder brother Zakir Hossain works as a laborer in a welding factory in Dhaka. First, I reported the matter to Inspector Sumon Mia, the officer-in-charge of the Sainpukur investigation center. Later, I took the mother, sister and detained father to the upazila chairman Md. Alamgir Hossain and asked for a remedy. Later, on his advice, I told Narisha UP chairman Chhota Alamgir Hossain. It's been 7 days, but the occupants are still building!

Daughter Nasreen Akhter said, when we enter the residence, we have to cross the paved border with great difficulty. But the land is ours! No one came and asked my cousin's son-in-law. They complained that no prominent people of the area came and stood by us.

In this regard, the accused Amanullah's son Al-Amin and his mother Simana admitted to removing the wall and the house. Selina Begum said that without informing us, Yusuf Khalasi misled his father and snatched the valuable land. We do not accept this.

Accused Al-Amin's mother Selina Begum said, We have purchased property in this place. Civil litigation is going on in the court regarding this dispute, the police is also aware of it.
SI Md. Jasim Uddin, who is in charge of the police investigation in this regard, said that when the patrolling police ordered to stop work during the construction of border walls and houses, Amanullah's son and his wife showed the RG filed in the learned magistrate's court.

There is an order that peace and order should not be disturbed! Show the issuance of such section 145. As a result we cannot stop work on the occupied property and therefore advise the victim to seek legal assistance. In this incident, my senior inspector Md. Adilur Rahman repeatedly requested him on the mobile phone to comply with the instructions of the court of origin. Besides, the upazila administration is aware of this incident.

In this regard, the Inspector of Sainpukur Investigation Center Sumon Miah admitted the truth of the incident. He also said that Md. Alamgir Hossain, Chairman of Doha Upazila Parishad, requested UP Chairman Chhota Alamgir Hossain to look into the matter socially.

In this regard, Narisha UP Chairman Chhota Alamgir Hossain said that the land dispute is being discussed with both parties. He claimed that the paved boundary in front of the residence has been asked to be demolished and the construction of the house has been stopped.

Chairman of Doha Upazila Parishad Md. Alamgir Hossain said that the purpose of occupying the residence of the prisoner in the middle of the night was motivated by the purpose of building a border. Remedies will be taken through social justice.
