Green Chartered School & College grand opening, prize distribution held at Dohazari

Green Chartered School and College was inaugurated in Chandanaish Dohazari Municipality of Chittagong. On the opening day, a discussion meeting was held on the occasion of the distribution of prizes among the students who received GCS Education Scholarship.
On Saturday morning, the discussion meeting and prize distribution was held in the hall room of Dohazari Green Chartered School and College under the chairmanship of the director of the institution MA Alam. President M Mannan (CIP) of Bangladesh International (UK) School Jalan Oman was present as the initiator. D. Sukanta Bhatracharya, Professor of English Department and Senate Member of Chittagong University (BCS Education and BCS Administration) was present as the chief guest.
Chandnaish Upazila Elementary Education Officer Md. Kabir Hossain, Chittagong Armed Police Battalion Public School Principal Shafiul Islam Alamgir, Chittagong Mostafa Hakim University English Department Lecturer spoke as special guests in the program moderated by RTV presenter Nameri Namu Mohammad Nazim Uddin, Principal of Green Chartered School and College Md Rakib Hossain.Do. Sukanta Bhattacharya, the chief guest of the event, said that today's children are the future of tomorrow.
Children will be enlightened people and will find the success of life along the path of true and beautiful welfare is hoped that Green Chartered School & College will always take necessary measures including education and co-educational activities for the overall and best development of latent talent of the students since its inception. He also said that teachers have to fulfill their responsibilities to build honest, characterful, ideal and patriotic citizens.
Along with institutional education, students should be developed as good citizens with ethical education and values. Only then, we hope that these students will play a role in the development and prosperity of the country and the nation in the future.
At the end of the event, prizes were distributed among the scholarship recipients and participants in the GCS Merit Scholarship Examination.
The school and college authorities gave a cash prize of Tk 50,000 to Mostakim Chowdhury Zarid, a second class student of Raizoara Government Primary School, who has the highest first place in the merit list.
