The Sheikh Hasina Initiative Gold Medal was awarded to three prominent people of Bangladesh in recognition of their special contribution to the development of human resources and health sector in the domestic and international arenas in a ceremony organized on the occasion of the Community Clinic Day and The Sheikh Hasina Initiative celebrations at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Tuesday.
Sylhet Medical University Syndicate member FF Ahmad Al-Kabir received The Sheikh Hasina Initiative Gold Medal. After receiving the gold medal, Dr. Ahmad Al Kabir expressed his feelings and said, "My achievement is the achievement of the people of Jokiganj-Kanaighat." By dedicating his achievements to the people of Jokiganj-Kanaighat and Sylhet, he thanked Allah and asked for the prayers of the people of Sylhet.
