Protesting students protested against the exhumation of the bodies of Zahid and Niloy, who were killed in the anti-discrimination student movement in Pabna on August 4 on Saturday afternoon.

They held this demonstration under the banner of Anti-discrimination Students' Movement.

The procession circled the main main road of the city and stopped at the Sadar police station. Later, the protesting students took a position at the office of the Superintendent of Police and the office of the Deputy Commissioner.

During the protest rally, Sirajul Monira, Shaon Hossain, Sadnam Fahim, Noora, Nabila Khandkar said that the dead bodies of two martyred students, Zahid and Niloy, who were killed in the anti-discrimination student movement on August 4, will be exhumed in the name of post-mortem. By doing this, we think that the two martyred brothers who were killed in the movement will be insulted. They said, why would the bodies of the martyrs be exhumed despite the presence of witness evidence and video footage of the open terrorist killer Abu Saeed brutally firing on the protesting students. They demanded that two martyrs' bodies be stopped from the graves in the name of post-mortem and Abu Saeed, the terrorist, be arrested and hanged.

Niloy's father was martyred in the protest rally Abul Kalam Azad said, "My son was martyred by the terrorist Abu Saeed in the anti-discrimination student movement on August 4." Later when I asked the administration for post mortem they asked me to bury my child. But today I came to know that my child's body will be exhumed for autopsy. He demanded to stop exhuming the child's body and prosecute the terrorist Abu Saeed.

Later, Pabna Negarat Deputy Collector Rafiqul Islam postponed the exhumation of the body due to the demands of the students.
