The incidence of waterborne diseases, skin diseases and diarrhea is increasing. Especially children are being affected by these diseases.

Upazila Animal Resources Officer Dr Mithun Sarkar said, "We do not have any information that any cattle died in the floods." However, we are looking into the matter.
