DC's awareness meeting in Amtali

Barguna District Commissioner Mohammad Shafiul Alam held an awareness meeting with the students of educational institutions on the dangers of drug consumption, safe food and consumer rights and prevention of other infectious diseases including dengue.
The meeting was held on Monday at Amtali AK Govt Pailak Secondary School Auditorium.
It is reported that Barguna District Administrator took the initiative of awareness meeting to make students aware of the harmfulness of drug consumption, safe food and consumer rights and prevention of other infectious diseases including dengue. In continuation of that, Barguna District Administrator held an awareness meeting with students, teachers and parents at Amtali AK Government Pilot Secondary School auditorium on Monday.
Amtali Upazila Executive Officer Muhammad Ashraful Alam presided over it. Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Tarek Hasan, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Ali Ahad and AK Government Pilot Secondary School Headmaster Md. Bajlur Rahman spoke.
At least several hundred students and parents of that school participated in the meeting.
