Chittagong University teacher Md. Atiar Rahman has been appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Rangamati Science and Technology University for a four-year term.
This information was given in a notification signed by ASM Kashem, Senior Assistant Secretary, Science and Technology University Branch, Secondary and Higher Education Department, Ministry of Education, on Thursday afternoon.
The newly appointed Vice-Chancellor Md. Atiar Rahman is a professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of Chittagong University anb He is in charge of the Dean of the Faculty of Biological Sciences.
