7 people who robbed Gazi Tires in Rupganj were sentenced to prison by a mobile court

Seven looters were arrested in Gazi Tires factory in Rupganj, Narayanganj by police and army. Later, the mobile court of the upazila administration sentenced each of them to seven days imprisonment without labor.
Executive Magistrate and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Obaidur Rahman Saleh gave this sentence on Sunday afternoon. Deputy Commissioner Mahmudul Haque confirmed the matter.
The convicts are Abdus Sattar (22) son of Motabar Hossain of Paragaon area of Rupganj, Khorshed Alam (21) son of Fazlul Haque of Khadun area, Ibrahim (25) son of Tadir Islam, Mahbub Hossain (35) son of Atabar Rahman, Siraj son of Aleb Sheikh of Tarab area. (32), Motalib (48) son of Abdul Quddus of Mograkul area, Suman (30) son of Abdur Rashid.'
Earlier in the morning, police and army raided Gazi Tires factory to nab looters. They were caught red-handed.
Deputy Commissioner Mahmudul Haque said, this operation was conducted to catch looters inside the factory. Such operations will continue to prevent looting inside the factories.
