4 Bangladeshi workers die in Saudi road accident

Four Bangladeshi workers died, and two others were critically injured in a collision between a truck and a trailer in Suwaydrah Province of Madinah, at 11 AM local time.
The truck, carrying 21 Bangladeshi workers from Al Riah Company, was struck head-on, causing four to be ejected and die instantly.
The deceased were identified as Md. Ikram of Kurchai, Gafargaon, Mymensingh; Md. Shahidullah of Shapla Para, Ghatail, Tangail; Al Amin of Kajla, Ghatail, Tangail; and Md. Rifat of Paithol, Gafargaon, Mymensingh.
The injured were identified as Mustafa of Konabari, Dhala Para in Ghatail of Tangail, and Sultan Ali of Dubarchar, Sherpur Sadar, Mymensingh.
Meanwhile, the Bangladeshi Consulate in Jeddah is coordinating with Madinah Traffic Office to determine the next steps.
Efforts are underway to expedite the return of the bodies to Bangladesh.
