The verdict was delivered on Thursday by Judge Sirajam Munira of Chattogram’s Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court (4th), according to court bench assistant Omar Fuad.

According to the case details, on May 11, 2019, under Abdul Halim’s orders, Nejam Uddin strangled Rebecca to death and fled after locking the apartment in Mirdapara area.
