There have been allegations of illegally occupying the land of a businessman named Arman Molla and constructing a concrete structure at Rupganj.
On Wednesday afternoon, Arman Molla filed a complaint with the Rupganj Police Station.
Earlier, this incident took place in the Teknowaddah area of Rupganj Union of the upazila on Wednesday morning.
Arman Molla said that he has purchased two and a half percent of the land in the Teknowaddah area of the upazila and has been occupying it for a long time. There is land next to his land belonging to a person named Israhil. For the past several days, Israhil and his terrorist forces have been trying to seize Arman Molla's land. On Wednesday morning, around 8:30 am, 8/10 terrorists including Israhil occupied his land and started constructing concrete structures.
Later, after receiving the news, Arman Molla went to block the area with the people of the area. At that time, Israhil and his terrorists threatened to slaughter Arman Molla and drown him in the cold. Israhil created panic in the area with his terrorist forces and is still carrying out construction work on the land.
In this regard, the accused Israhil said, I have not occupied anyone's land. I am working on my own land. I have not threatened anyone.
In this regard, Rupganj Police Station OC Liakat Ali said, I have received such complaints. Action will be taken according to the investigation.
