Juairia champion in annual sports competition at DU Shamsun Nahar Hall

Juairia Ferdous, a student of the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, emerged champion and Nilufa Yasmin Nila, a student of the Department of History, emerged runner-up in the annual sports competition at Dhaka University Shamsun Nahar Hall. Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Professor Dr. Saima Haque Bidisha inaugurated the competition as the chief guest on Thursday morning, February 6, 2025 at the central playground. After the game, she distributed prizes among the winners.
The event was presided over by Shamsun Nahar Hall Provost Prof Dr. Nasrin Sultana. Dhaka University Athletics Committee President Prof Dr. SM Arif Mahmud, Acting Director of the Physical Education Center SM Zakaria, and other principals of various halls, residential teachers and students were present.
