Gymnasium inaugurated at Bonolota Girls' Hall in BAUET campus

A gymnasium equipped with modern fitness machines has been inaugurated at Bonolota Girls' Hall of Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET) on Sunday organized by the hall authorities.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university Brigadier General Md Mizanuzzaman was present as the chief guest. Brigadier General S. M. Lutfor Rahman was present as the special guest. The Chief Guest inaugurated the gymnasium by cutting the ribbon and inspected the modern fitness equipment installed there.
In his speech, the Vice-Chancellor said, “A health-friendly environment is essential to maintain the mental and physical well-being of students. With the establishment of the gymnasium at Bonolota Hall, we have opened a new horizon. We want to foster leadership, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle among our students. In the future, we will ensure even better facilities.”
The meeting was also attended by university’s Treasurer Colonel Md Shawkat Hossain (Retd.), Controller of Examinations Colonel Hla Han Maung (Retd.), Registrar Lieutenant Colonel KFA Sohel (Retd.), Head of the Department of Law and Justice and Provost of Bonolota Hall Rumana Sharmin Barsha, Deputy Registrar (Academic) Md. Ashraful Islam, and House Tutors of Bonolota Hall.
