
Golds recoverd by BGB in Chuadanga

Border Guard BGB has recovered four golds in the abandoned Golghar of a resident of Hudapara village of Damurhuda upazila of Chuadanga.
The BGB said the goldsmiths were illegally trafficking in India, the BGB said. However, the accused could not arrest the homeowner. The information was sent to the media sent by Lieutenant Colonel Nazmul Hasan, director of the Chuadanga Battalion (6 BGB) at around 11 am on Friday.
According to the notice, on the basis of secret news, 6 -BGB learned that a shipment of gold for trafficking in India through the Hudapara border of Damurhuda was hidden in the abandoned cow house of a house near the border.
In view of this, an avidanikal party of Hudapara BOP on Thursday searched the abandoned cow house near the residence of the deceased Ramzan Ali Khan of Hudapara village. During the expedition, the BGB patrol presented the presence of the house owner Aaron tactically. The BGB patrol is able to recover four gold bars weighing (2.335 kg) from two packets wrapped by white binding tape in a net bag hanging inside the Goalghar.
Lieutenant Colonel Nazmul Hasan, Director of the Chuadanga Battalion (1 BGB), said the estimated market value of the seized gold is Tk 2 crore 84 lakh 30 thousand 150. Naik Iqbal Hossain (PBGM) filed a case with Damurhuda Model Police Station. The seized gold bars will be submitted to the Chuadanga Treasury Office.
