Female drug dealer arrested with Yaba in Tongi

The Narcotics Control Department, Gazipur, has arrested a female drug dealer with 8,000 pieces of Yaba in an anti-drug operation in Tongi, Gazipur on Friday.
An operation was conducted in the Machimpur area under Tongi East Police Station under the leadership of Shahin Mahmud, Assistant Director of the Narcotics Control Department, Gazipur District Office, and Lutfa Begum (39) was arrested with Yaba. The arrested Lutfa Begum is the wife of Md. Zakir Hossain.
Later, Inspector Mozammel Haque filed a case against her under the Narcotics Control Act at Tongi East Police Station as a plaintiff. Confirming the matter, Gazipur District Narcotics Control Department Deputy Director Md. Imdadul Islam Mithun said, based on secret information, a smart team conducted a raid and arrested Lutfa Bemgam with 8,000 pieces of Yaba.
Later, a case was filed against him under the Narcotics Control Act and handed over to Tongi East Police Station. Deputy Director of the department Md. Imdadul Islam Mithun also said, our anti-drug campaign will continue.
