A big victory for 4 Bangladeshis in the United States of America Georgia-Connecticut-New Hampshire State Senate has been achieved.

Among Republican Donald Trump's victory in the American election, four Bangladeshi Americans also won a huge victory. All of them are the highest elected representatives at the state level in the United States. So far no Bangladeshi-American has been elected to the federal level (US Senate or Congress). Meanwhile, Abul B Khan (Republican) has won the seventh term as New Hampshire State Representative.

In addition, Senator Sheikh Rahman of Georgia State has won for the fourth term from the Democratic Party. Democrat Nabila Islam won a second term as senator in the same state. Democrat Masudur Rahman won a second term in Connecticut State Senate District-4. Abul Khan Rockingham, a son of Pirojpur, got 67% of the votes polled. On the other hand, Sheikh Rahman Chandan, son of Sararchar of Bajitpur Upazila of Kishoreganj, got 67.6% votes from Georgia State Senate District-5.
