Dr.Ishita's disappearance: Complaint filed to ICT against then 6 RAB officials

Dr Israt Rafiq Ishita has filed a complaint of disappearance in the International Crimes Tribunal ( ICT) recenty.
In the complaint, she mentioned that six members of RAB had disappeared her in July 2021.
The doctor recently filed this complaint with the Chief Prosecutor of the International Crimes Tribunal.
Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Tajul Islam said that the doctor was doing his PhD from a university in the USA. She was a doctor at a community-based hospital in Mymensingh.
She was picked up by RAB on July 28, 2021. After 5 days, she was produced in court on August 2. A drug case was filed.She was remanded for 12 days in three cases.
In between, she was kept disappeared for 5 days and was tortured in various ways. She has filed a complaint of disappearance. We have accepted it. We will review it and take action accordingly.
