Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat holds rally in Manikchhari welcoming Ramadan

A welcome procession was held by Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat Manikchhari Upazila branch to welcome the month of Ramadan and to protect the sanctity of the month of Ramadan, demanding that hotels and restaurants be closed during the day and the prices of daily necessities be kept stable.
On Friday at 3 pm, the welcome procession started from the central mosque of Manikchhari Bazar and circled various roads of Manikchhari Bazar and ended at Amtal Chattar, Manikchhari Upazila.
Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama'at Manikchhari Upazila Branch President Md. Shamsul Haque Bhuiyan participated in the welcome procession, Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama'at Vice President Aminul Islam Saju, Literature and Culture Secretary Abdullah Al Noori, Imam of Manikchhari Bazar Central Mosque Mao: Narul Kabir Ansari and all the leaders and activists participated.
At the end , speakers at Manikchhari Amtal Chattar called on people to abstain from eating and drinking during the day to protect the sanctity of the month of Ramadan, prevent price hikes, stop indecent behavior, initiate the holy fasting, and come forward to serve the needy humanity.
