Army operation : Yaba dealer Sajjad arrested with 1,000 pills in Boalkhali

Sajjad Hossain Hiroo (45) has been arrested with 1,000 packets of yaba pills in an army operation in Boalkhali.
He was arrested from the East Kalurghat area of the upazila around 3 pm on Sunday
According to sources, a special operation led by Acting Camp Commander of Army, Major Md. Russell Prodhan, led to the arrest of a yaba dealer with 1,000 pieces of yaba pills, one motorcycle and one mobile phone.
He is known to be Mohammad Sajjad Hossain (Hiro), son of Khalil Rahman of Patia upazila.
It was informed from the Boalkhali army camp that this yaba dealer had been supplying large quantities of yaba to various yaba traders of Boalkhali and Patiya police stations for a long time, due to which the youth of these areas were becoming addicted to drugs day by day. The army camp further informed that the information received from this drug dealer will further accelerate the anti-drug campaign.
The accused along with the seized goods was handed over to Boalkhali police station
