
Oath-taking of Bangladesh Human Rights Commission Greater Faridpur Region held

A discussion meeting and oath-taking ceremony of the Bangladesh Human Rights Commission, Greater Faridpur Regional Branch was held on Saturday afternoon at the conference hall of Faridpur High School.
The ceremony was presided over by Advocate Abdus Samad, President of Bangladesh Human Rights Commission, Faridpur Regional Branch. The chief guest was Advocate Tarek Ayub Khan, Vice President of Faridpur Lawyers Association.
Special guests who spoke at the event included Syed Nazmul Alam Parvez, editor and publisher of the daily Ajker Saradesh newspaper and General Secretary of the Consumers Association of Bangladesh (CAB), Faridpur district branch, and Advocate Abdul Qader Mia, President of Bangladesh Human Rights Commission Faridpur district branch and former president of Faridpur Lawyers Association.
