Right to Information Day celebrated at Baniachang

International Right to Information Day-2021 has been celebrated with due dignity on the initiative of Baniachang Model Press Club with the theme "Information is my right, does everyone know".
A discussion meeting was held at the office on Tuesday with
Jeevan Ahmed Liton in the chair. Senior vice-president of the Model Press Club, and Shibbir Ahmed Arju, General Secretary.
Treasurer Abdal Mia, office secretary Tanjil Hasan Sagar, executive members Raihan Uddin Sumon, Sheikh Safiqul Islam Shafiq and Lilu Ahmed spoke on the occasion.
The speakers said that the people have the right to know all the information of every public and private office. The media personnel revealed the correct information through the news. In this case, many have to be najehalao. The government is urged to ensure proper implementation of the Right to Information Act.
