Zobaida Mannan welcomed with a prestigious crest

Zobaida Mannan, a newly appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the Bangladesh National Commission for UNESCO (BNCU) has been welcomed with a prestigious crest.
Mahbubuddin Chowdhury, secretary-general of the National Association of UNESCO Clubs in Bangladesh, presented the welcome crest to Zobaida Mannan.
The crest was handed over to Zobaida Mannan through an event held at the International Mother Language Institute Bhaban in Dhaka on Tuesday.
