Youth dies after being run over by train in Bhuiyapur

A youth named Rakib died after being run over by a 'Jamalpur Express' train in Bhuiyapur, Tangail at Bhuiyapur Railway Station on Wednesday afternoon.
According to station sources, Rakib (26), son of Tayyab Fakir of Sonakanda village in Kalihati upazila, was sitting on the platform at Bhuiyapur Railway Station in the afternoon and was injecting drugs. Later, as soon as the 'Jamalpur Express' train from Jamalpur reached Bhuiyapur station, the youth jumped under the train. Later, his hands, feet and head were immediately severed from his body. Later, the railway station authorities informed the railway police. Bhuiyapur police station members were also present at the scene.
Bhuiyapur Railway Station Master Abdul Kader said, the young man was addicted to drugs. As soon as the train arrived, he jumped under the train. His body was mutilated and he died. The railway police have been informed. They will come and recover the body and hand it over to the family after taking legal action.
