World Environment Day celebrated in Jaldhaka

No more plastic pollution, it's time to stop it, World Environment Day 2025 was celebrated with this theme in Jaldhaka like the rest of the country
A rally was brought out from the Parishad premises on Wednesday morning at the initiative of the upazila administration
The rally went around the main roads of the upazila Parishad and met in the hall for a discussion meeting.
Chaired by UNO Zaid Imrul Mozakkin, Nayeb-e-Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e- Islami Jaldhaka Upazila branch and Press Club President Kamruzzaman were present
Upazila Agriculture Officer Krishibid Sumon Ahmed, Social Service Officer Kamruzzaman, Food Officer Golam Mostafa, Primary Education Officer Sharifa Akhtar, Anwarul Kabir, Animal Resources Officer Sumi Akhtar and others. On the World Environment Day, students of Alhaj Mubarak Hossain Anirban Vidyatirtha High School participated in the rally.
In the speech UNO Zayed Imrul Mozakkin said that people of every level and profession should come forward to protect the balance of the environment.
