Women's Entrepreneurship Day celebrated in Sylhet

Sylhet Women's Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized various events to celebrate International Women's Entrepreneurship Day On Sunday.
on the occasion Sylhet's women entrepreneurs opened the event by cutting a cake and discussion meeting was held.
Shamim Ahmed, trainer of SME Foundation, spoke as a special guest at the discussion meeting.
President's speech Swarnlata Roy, president of Sylhet Women's Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in her speech first paid respect to all the women entrepreneurs of the world. He said, heroic freedom is not, but women should be treated as human beings and should be sung for the freedom of all people. Society should work to eliminate discrimination of children from birth. Girls' right to education should also be ensured. Government support for women in business should be increased.
The country will progress only if women succeed. He also said that although the Women's Chamber is always engaged in promoting women entrepreneurs, the Sylhet Women's Chamber believes in equality. And with this aim, it is also working to provide support to male entrepreneurs.
