Winter clothes, medical camp at initiative of Bangladesh Army in Khulna

Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed, SBP (Bar), OSP, NDU, PSC, PhD and 55 Infantry Division and Area Commander, Jessore Area Major General Mohammad Mahbubur Rashid, SPP, NDU, PSC Khulnar Sheikh Abu Nacher distributed winter clothes among 1000 poor and helpless people at the stadium.
Besides, he inspected the medical service and free medicine distribution program for the helpless and distressed people in the medical campaign conducted by the division. Like every year, this year also, during the winter season, the soldiers of 55 Infantry Division and Jessore region are conducting various public service activities including distribution of winter clothes to the helpless and poor people.
GOC expressed hope that 55 Infantry Division will continue such public service activities on behalf of Bangladesh Army in future as well.
