State Minister of Disaster Management and Relief Principal Md. Mohibbur Rahman Mohib MP said, people have voted in the boat symbol with confidence of the election manifesto of Bangladesh Awamileague. So, as a minister of the government, I started working on the implementation of the manifesto after taking oath. Officials of my ministry have already started working on the implementation of the manifesto with honesty and efficiency. In whichever office of upazila administration you work, look at the manifesto and start working on the implementation of that which falls within your office. - The state minister said these things in the chief guest's speech at an exchange meeting with government officials and public representatives organized by the upazila administration at the local Shaheed Sheikh Kamal Memorial Complex auditorium at around 11:30 am on Saturday (January 27).

In the meeting held under the chairmanship of Kalapara UNO Md. Jahangir Hossain, State Minister Mohib also said, 'Bangabandhu's daughter Sheikh Hasina wants to make Bangladesh a smart Bangladesh of the future, so let us all work together with honesty and devotion from our respective positions. So that we can build the Bangladesh of the future as a smart Bangladesh with Bangabandhu's dream, building a poverty-free Sonar Bangla.'

The state minister said this in the view exchange meeting of government officials and public representatives conducted by Md. Manjurul Alam, Principal of Kalapara Women's College, 'You should come to your respective offices at the appointed time and fulfill the duties assigned by the government properly. You will always keep in touch with me for public service work. My Ministry is always ready to serve you. I don't want any people to be harmed due to partisanship in the election. Feel free to work for the welfare of people independently from today, from whatever position you may be. I want to say one thing to everyone, terrorism, extortion and arbitration trade will not work during my tenure.'

Secretary of Upazila Awami League heroic freedom fighter Abdul Motaleb Talukdar, District Awami League Senior Vice- President Principal Syed Nasir Uddin, Mayor of Kalapara Municipality Bipul Chandra Hawladar, State Minister's wife Principal Fatema Akhter Rekha and others were present as special guests in the discussion meeting organized by the upazila administration.

Later, at 1 pm, the state minister addressed another view exchange meeting organized by the teachers and students of Kalapara Women's College.

Meanwhile, the students performed a wonderful cultural program in honor of the state minister organized by the students. On the same day at 3:00 p.m., State Minister Mohib attending an exchange meeting organized by Kuakata Municipal Awami League and allied organizations at Kuakata Rakhine Market ground. Later he have left Kuakata to reach Dhaka by road.

Earlier on January 25, State Minister of Disaster Management and Relief Ministry Principal Md. Mohibbur Rahman Mohib came to his district Patuakhali on a three-day official visit from Dhaka.

In this three-day visit, the State Minister visited the development activities of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, meet severel view exchange meeting with district and upazila administration officials, public representatives, leaders and activists of civil society, Awami League and allied organizations.
