Walton waives off remaining installment of deceased family in C'nawabganj

Walton Plaza waives off remaining installments on death of customers purchasing products on installments.
They also provided financial assistance. The family of deceased Golam Sarwar Babul of Battalahat area of Sadar Upazila of Chapainawabganj got this benefit under the institution's 'installment buyer and family protection policy'. It is known that last year (August 8) Golam Sarwar bought 1 AC of Walton worth 74 thousand 453 taka from Bara Indara Mor Plaza. The buyer paid 36 thousand taka.
Businessman Ghulam Sarwar died at his residence on December 1. In such a situation, Walton Plaza stands by the family of the deceased customer according to the institution's 'installment buyer and family protection policy'.
Walton Group CDO Kazi Arif Hossain handed over a cheque of 61 thousand 547 taka to the family members of the deceased customer at Walton Plaza at Bara Indara intersection of the district city on Wednesday afternoon. His wife Sajeda Begum accepted the check on behalf of deceased Ghulam Sarwar.
The family of the deceased customer thanked Walton Plaza for the assistance. Walton Group DCM Obaidur Rahman Talukder, RCM Sirajul Islam and Walton Plaza Manager Sajedur Rahman were present.
