Upazila administration meeting with upazila parishad election candidates in Singair

On the occasion of the Upazila Parishad election, an exchange meeting was held with the rival candidates in Singair of Manikganj regarding the election conduct rules of the Upazila administration.
This discussion meeting was held on Thursday (May 2) around 11 am at the Upazila Parishad Auditorium.
Under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Palash Kumar Basu, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Singair Circle) Abdullah Al-Imran, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Habibur Rahman and Inspector of Police (OC) Ziarul Islam addressed the meeting.
Chairman candidate Abdul Majed Khan, Abdul Hakim, Saidul Islam, female vice-chairman candidate Anwara Khatun, vice-chairman candidate Tofazzal Hossain, Abdus Salam and Ramiz Uddin among others spoke in the meeting chaired by Assistant Returning Officer and Upazila Election Officer Shariful Islam.
Local media workers working in the upazila including DGM Shafiqul Islam of Singair Zonal Office of Palli Vidyut Samiti were present.
