Two buses set on fire in Dhaka, Gazipur

Miscreants set fire to two buses in the capital and Gazipur on Wednesday evening on the first day of the 48-hour blockade being enforced by BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami.
One bus named Akash Paribahan was torched at Tantibazar intersection in the capital at 7:25 pm, according to the officials.
Being informed, two firefighting units of Sadarghat Fire Station rushed to the spot at 7:33pm to bring the fire on the bus under control.
Another bus named Sharmily Paribahan was set on fire at MC Bazar of Mawna Sreepur in Gazipur at 6:08pm.
On information, two units of Sreepur Fire Station reached the spot at 6:16 pm to douse the fire on the bus with the help of law enforcers.
