Students of Bangabandhu Digital University block Dhaka-Tangail Highway at Kaliakair

The students of Bangabandhu Digital University blocked Dhaka - Tangail highway demanding to replace the name Bangladesh Digital University instead of Bangabandhu Digital University and setting up permanent College Campus of university.
They blocked the road sitting on the Dhaka - Tangail highway road. They baricaded the road for an hour.As a result, the traffic congestion is created on the road between almost 7 kilometre.Then the passengers fall in trouble.
The students urged,the government has to change the name of the University and to make the personal building as soon as possible.Also they throw ultimatum to the government that if the name would not be changed within Saturday they will throw hard programme from Sunday.
Getting news the police went there and talked with the students and ensured them they ( police) will inform the matter higher authority and will get necessary steps very soon.Then the students stopped the programme and then traffic becomes normal.
