In Singra of Natore, the family is delighted by the achievement of twin brothers Naimur Rahman Riyad and Nafizur Rahman Rishad in this year’s SSC examination. Both of them took part in the SSC examination this year from the science group at Singra BIAM Laboratory School and College and obtained GPA-5.
In the SSC examination, Riyad scored 1259 marks securing 1st position in the upazila and 2nd position in Natore district. His brother Rishad scored 1235 marks achieving 4th position in the upazila. They are the sons of Raju Ahmed, proprietor of Rekha Pharmacy at Bildahar Bazar of the upazila, and housewife Nazneen Akter.
Earlier, Rishad received a talent-pool scholarship in the Primary Education Completion Examination.
From BIAM Laboratory School and College, this year in the SSC examination from the science group, 42 students participated, achieving 100% pass rate and 18 obtained GPA-5.
Twin brothers Riyad and Rishad said that this achievement is the result of the contributions of their parents and teachers. They expressed the desire to complete their studies with distinction and work for the country and the people.
Riyad and Rishad’s father Raju Ahmed said that the family and the locals are very happy with their results. He sought prayers from the people of the country for his two sons.
The institution’s Principal Ujjwal Hossain said that the twin brothers are very talented and always did well in class exams. Under their leadership, recently the institution earned reputation by securing ninth place in the National Science and Quiz Competition.
UNO and institution’s president Mazharul Islam said, we are proud of the achievement of twin brothers Riyad and Rishad. He expressed hope that they would complete their education with distinction and work for the country and humanity.
