Mentioning that it is a great achievement to be associated with this extraordinary work as an advisor to the Ministry of Social Welfare from a place of responsibility, Sharmin S Murshid said that due to many limitations in government management, it is not easy to be associated with good work. I want to learn from this. Commenting on social welfare, she said that something wonderful like the Sylhet Kidney Foundation will not happen if there is only PPP in a straight line. This hospital has got its real picture due to the strong will of a few extraordinary people.

She said these while speaking as the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the Kidney Foundation Hospital Sylhet in a public-private partnership (PPP) at Nazir village adjacent to Temukhi Badaghat in the city on Saturday.

At the inauguration ceremony, the interim government's chief advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus wished the success of the Kidney Foundation Hospital in a video message. He expressed his gratitude to those whose tireless efforts started the journey of the 10-storey building Kidney Foundation.

Rasheda K Chowdhury, former advisor to the caretaker government, was the special guest. Kidney Foundation Bangladesh founder and president Professor Dr. Harun-ur Rashid, Major General Azizur Rahman-Bir Uttam, Professor Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed, Kidney Foundation Sylhet General Secretary Colonel MA Salam (retd) and others spoke at the ceremony.
