Severity of winter increasing with thick fog in Kalapara

The severity of winter is increasing with thick fog in Kalapara of Patuakhali. People's life has been disrupted due to severe cold.
Khepupara Meteorological Office recorded the minimum temperature of 13.6 degrees Celsius in the district at 9 am on Saturday.
The low income working people have suffered the most due to the severity of winter. The markets of the rural areas are not meeting in the severe winter and frosty wind even though it is late in the day.
During the severe winter, the number of patients with diarrhea and typhoid, along with cold, increased in the hospitals. Most of them are children and elderly patients.
