Rural Livelihood Project beneficiary training workshop held in Charghat

UNO Saida Khanam inaugurated a 3-day training workshop for the successful beneficiaries of Rural Development Livelihood 3rd Phase with the slogan "Unnat Sakthiunnat Desh, Bangabandhu's Golden Bangladesh".
On Tuesday morning, a 3-day training workshop has started at the Charghat Project Officer's office in Rajshahi organized by Rural Livelihood Project 3rd. A total of 40 women from different unions of the upazila have been appointed under this training.
Cows have been purchased by pooling money from Bangladesh Rural Development Board (BRDB) Charghat office and beneficiaries. For the benefit of which training is being given on cattle fattening method, project officer Nakibul Islam said.
Accountant Loyal Sarkar, Journalist Obaidul Islam Ravi, Nazrul Islam Bachchu and Moin Uddin Pintu were present at that time.
During the inauguration of the training workshop, UNO Saida Khanam said that the current women are ahead in all workplaces. Women of all ages need to change their lifestyles by working on their work skills. Many are making a living by rearing cattle. These 40 women should fatten your cattle for better service.
A little awareness will change the livelihood. At that time, UNO also said, "Dowry nibna, dowry will not be given" strict action should be taken against child marriage and dowry. Besides, he said, Charghat is a drug-prone area, no one in your family should indulge in drug use or business. Legal action will be taken quickly if any complaint is received in these matters.
On the other hand, UNO Saida Khanam was present as the chief guest at the jute training workshop under the Advanced Technology Jute and Jute Seed Production and Extension (1st Amendment) Project under the Jute Directorate of the Ministry of Textiles and Jute. Charghat Upazila Jute Directorate organized Jute seed production and extension training workshop in Upazila Parishad hall room.
A total of 75 farmers participated in that training. District Jute Officer Ajit Kumar Roy and Upazila Jute Officer Hasan Ali were present at that time.
