Fire Service and Civil Defense chief said this as chief guest at the parade of 388 fresh fire fighters of the 62nd batch of Fire Service and Civil Defense who completed their training today on Wednesday.

The director general of the directorate was present as the chief guest in the closing parade organized on the occasion at the parade ground of Fire Service and Civil Defense Training Complex located in Mirpur of the capital. At this time, the directors of fire service and civil defense department, officials of various ranks, project director, managing director of welfare trust, principal of training complex, parents of new fire fighters and invited guests were present.

Addressing the new firefighters, the Director General said, 'Fire Service and Civil Defense is a well-mannered uniformed force. So you have to maintain discipline in everything you do.
