Recitation Festival held at JnU

The 4th Recitation Festival has been organized by the Jagannath University (JnU) Recitation Council (JnURC) on Wednesday.
The programme was organized at the central auditorium of the university. Jagannath University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Imdadul Haque was present as the chief guest.
The Vice-Chancellor said, "Bangabandhu's Sonar Bangla will not be possible if cultural activities are not encouraged." Jagannath University also has many cultural activities, although their activities were disrupted due to the Corona epidemic, but now they are continuing their activities in full swing, the proof of which is right in front of our eyes. Jagannath University will not lag behind in cultural activities. We are trying our best to move forward with all activities."
The program was conducted by JnURC General Secretary Anyanma Nasuha Nuhin at the chairmanship of JnURC President Mohammad Zahir Uddin.Treasurer of JnU, Prof. Dr. Kamaluddin Ahmed, Golam Quddus, President of Sammilita Sanskritic Jot, Joint General Secretary of Bangladesh Recitation Coordinating Council, Azharul Haque Azad and Chairman of JnU Management Studies Department, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Mohiuddin were present as special guest.
In the event, poet Tarek Sujat, general secretary of the National Poetry Council, was awarded the poet award. Besides, among the participants of the eighteenth workshop, JnURC distributed mementos, certificates, and prizes.
