Rangpur City Jamaat celebrates Victory Day

On the occasion of the Great Victory Day, a discussion meeting was held at the party office on Sunday afternoon at the initiative of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Rangpur Metropolitan Branch.
The discussion meeting, chaired by Metropolitan Ameer Vice-Principal Maulana ATM Azam Khan where Professor Mahbubur Rahman Belal, member of the Central Working Committee of Jamaat-e-Islami and team member of Rangpur-Dinajpur region was present as chief guest.
In his speech as the chief guest at the meeting, Mahbubur Rahman Belal said, "The fallen fascist Awami League is involved in various conspiracies with the help of neighboring countries to destroy the second independence achieved through the 2024 revolution. The countrymen must come forward in a united manner to stop this anti-national conspiracy. We should protect this independence achieved at the cost of the blood of thousands of youth, we must work to build the country with the spirit of martyrdom."
Among others, the program was addressed by Metropolitan Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Anwarul Haque Kajal, Assistant Secretaries Professor Mohammad Raihan Siraji and Mohammad Al Amin Hasan, former Rangpur City Ameer Professor Ruhul Quddus, Working Committee Member Mohammad Abdus Sattar Shah, Metropolitan Legal Affairs Secretary Advocate Mohammad Kawsar Ali, Kotwali Thana Ameer Maulana Mohammad Golam Kibria, District Shromik Kollayan Federation President Mohammad Shariful Islam and others.
Meanwhile, on the occasion of Victory Day, a friendly football competition and discussion meeting was held on Sunday at the initiative of the Youth Department of the Parashuram Thana branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Rangpur Metropolitan. The event was chaired by Youth Division President Engineer Mohammad Riyad Mia and was attended by Metropolitan Jamaat-e-Islami Assistant Secretary Professor Mohammad Raihan Siraji as the chief guest. Among others, Jamaat-e-Islami Parshuram Thana Ameer Advocate Mahbub Alam and Metropolitan Youth Division Secretary Farhad Hossain Mondal spoke at the event.
